A MESSAGE ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THE CALABASAS KLUBHOUSE
In December of 1998 the City of Calabasas purchased the 11.8 acres where the Calabasas Klubhouse now resides, with the hope of opening a state-of-the-art preschool for our community. The former City of Calabasas Director of Community Services was fortunate enough to participate in the acquisition and subsequent launching of the preschool (May 3, 1999). Over the years, the Calabasas Klubhouse became recognized within the City of Calabasas and surrounding cities as one the leading preschools in the area. By all accounts, when children leave our program and go on to the next level of education they are well prepared and adapt well both academically and socially.
A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESCHOOL EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
We are so excited to be able to do what we love! Since 2018, we have enjoyed being a part of its ongoing success and evolution.
Our staff have been working hard to make this the best school year for those who are attending. Our staff consist of wonderful Early Childhood Educators who are eager to embrace their roles as educators and caregivers. The teaching staff is thoroughly screened, are educated in child development and feel a passion about being a part of a child’s early development. The Calabasas Klubhouse Administrative Staff is equally committed and facilitate in offering a phenomenal curriculum, an array of enrichment programs and a safe/nurturing environment.
Curriculum and planning are well thought out to provide each student with a quality play based Early Childhood Education. The foundations of a play based Early Childhood Education will lay the groundwork for years to come.
Our hope is that every child will have the best experience possible while attending the Calabasas Klubhouse. Our doors are always open, and we welcome any questions, comments or concerns that you might have.
