At the Calabasas Klubhouse our 5 classrooms are made up of 5 different age groups. We have 2 toddler classrooms, 2 preschool classrooms, and a Pre-K classroom.
Our Bumblebee and Dragonfly toddler classrooms serve our youngest children who range in age from 18-30 months (approximate ages when entering the class).
The Grasshopper and Butterfly classrooms are for children who are preschool ages (2-4 years old) and our Ladybug classroom is for Pre-K aged children who will be turning 5 before September 1, 2024. The ages of each classroom vary year to year based on the ages of the children who are enrolled for that given school year. Our larger classrooms are divided into groups smaller groups to work directly with a teacher.
For the 2023-24 school year, our Ladybug Pre-K students are those who will be graduating to go off to Kindergarten. Our Butterfly classroom is made up of children who will go off to other TK programs (at Las Virgenes Unified School District, Los Angeles Unified, or Private Schools with TK programs) or they will remain at the Calabasas Klubhouse for Pre-K for the 2024-25 school year.
